Beta service

Secrient is currently an early-stage beta service. Features may change, be incomplete, become unavailable, or behave differently as the product is tested and improved.

Access to the beta may be limited to selected teams and may require onboarding or additional terms before production use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Secrient to violate the law, infringe rights, attack or disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, distribute malware, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for deciding whether Secrient is appropriate for a particular client workflow during beta.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, security risk, legal risk, non-payment where applicable, or behavior that could harm Secrient, users, clients, providers, or the service.

You may stop using Secrient at any time. If you need beta data deleted or exported, contact us and we will evaluate the request based on the state of the beta service and our legal, security, and operational obligations.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to Secrient. You grant Secrient the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and operate the service.

Secrient owns its product, software, design, brand, documentation, and related materials. Feedback may be used to improve the product without creating an obligation to compensate you.

Warranty disclaimer

The beta service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for every regulated or high-risk workflow.

You should use your own judgment before relying on Secrient for sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical work during beta.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secrient will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Secrient's liability will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law and any specific written agreement we have with you.

Changes

These terms may change as Secrient moves through beta. Material changes should be reflected on this page, and beta participants may receive additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of Secrient after changes means you accept the updated terms, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
